All cancellations must be submitted in writing to events@fpi.co.za.

Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost with prior written notice in advance.

Event Refund Policy 

More than 7 working days prior – 100% refund. 

7 to 4 working days prior – 75% refund. 

3 working days or less prior – no refund. 

Non-attendance will be treated as a late cancellation and no refunds or credits will be issued. 

Approved refunds will be processed within 14–21 working days or may be held as a credit for future events.
