The Conduct and Ethics Sub-committee was established by the Board to monitor adherence to FPI’s Code of Ethics and Practice Standards incorporating the FPI Rules of Professional Conduct, specifically, and of all FPI regulations, generally. The Committee must introduce appropriate remedial action in the case of transgressions and apply FPI’s Disciplinary regulations where applicable.
